Mowden Hall Swim School will not use your personal information except to send you promotions, mail marketing, course information and notifications. If you prefer not to be sent any correspondence from Mowden Hall Swim School, please contact us by email and request to unsubscribe from our mailing list, this will result in no course reminders or information of any kind being sent.

Mowden Hall Swim School is known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data provided to us.
Why we need your data we need to collect your information so we can keep you informed on our future courses and any changes to course sessions.
- We do not collect sensitive information such as any medical details.
- We store your personal information carefully.
What we do with your data We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to carry out these functions. If you notify us that you no longer wish to be listed on the database we will delete your information as soon as possible.

What are your rights?
You have a right to see the information we hold on you and/or require your data to be deleted by making a request in writing to dfgriffith@mowdenhall.co.uk. If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to have it corrected. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us and we will investigate the matter.

Mowden Hall Swim School reserves the right to amend its booking terms and conditions and associated documentation at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
